 Basic Itinerary

July 14-16: Fly from Boston and board your Air France flight to Warsaw . We arrive in Warsaw in the late morning and are met by our deluxe Motor Coach. Transfer to the 5 Star Radisson Hotel in Warsaw . Relax and dinner.  Mass to be arranged.  

July 16-19:  Visit and Mass at Jasna Gora [The Black Madonna of Czestachowa.] Depart after lunch for Krakow . Our hotel is the 4 Star Radisson in the center of Krakow .  We are about 5 minutes walk from the Old Town Square . We shall be having daily Mass at important shrines and churches including The Marianski Church in the Square, The Shrine of Divine Mercy and at Kalwaria Shrine. We will visit the famous Salt Mine, Wadowice, the birthplace of John Paul II, Auschwitz Concentration Camp, Wawel Castle and Cathedral and other interesting sites in and around Krakow . We feature two special dinners in Krakow . One dinner is on your own.

July 19-20:  We leave Krakow and drive the 50 miles south to Zakopane. Our hotel is the 4 star Mecrure. We have rooms facing the mountains. Dinner is a special one at our hotel.

July 20-22: We cross two boarders to arrive in Hungary . We are staying at the 4 star Mecure Hotel with a view of the Danube . We shall visit the Cathedral and the Old restored Synagogue. Budapest is actually two cities combined; Buda and Pest . Dinners are included.

July 22-24: We cross into Austria and drive along the Danube to the city of Vienna . Our hotel is the 4 star Hilton Danube, located on the river. We shall visit Schoenbrunn Castle and other very interesting sites in Vienna . Dinner one night in our hotel and the other evening in the hills overlooking Vienna !  

July 24-25: We stay the 5 Star Hotel Ruze in the fairytale city of Cesky Krumlov . The buildings in this city on the Vlatava River are all from the 15th  and 16th century! Dinner is in our hotel.

July 25-27: We take our ride north to Prague , the capital of The Czech Republic. We will be staying at the 5 star Intercontinental Hotel in the heart of Prague . We will visit the shrine of Svata Hora [ Holy Mountain ] and the home of Saint John Neumann. While in Prague , we will visit the Castle Hill and the church of the Shrine of  the Infant of  Prague . One dinner is not included. On the morning of the 27th , we fly back to the USA .

Transfers:  All transportation between hotels, and airports not within walking distance of the hotel is provided. 

Porterage: No more than one suitcase and one carry-on will be permitted.  Adhere to airline regulations for weight limitations. 

Taxes: All taxes are included.

 Gratuities: Although service charges are included, it is customary to tip the driver the guide and, if the service is fine, your hotel personnel.  We include the tip for the waiters, but if you wish to add to that tip, you may. $3.00 a day for the driver is recommended. Tips for guides and escorts are also at your discretion.

 Documents: U. S. citizens need a valid passport.  All others please check with countries to be visited.

 Not included: Tips to the driver and guide.  It also does not include costs such as telephone charges or laundry costs.  Drinks at dinner are not included. Two dinners are not included.

 Insurance: You may wish to purchase trip cancellation insurance. Information will be provided by calling 1 800 888 8660 and asking for low cost travel insurance to be mailed to you.

 Cancellation: Within 120 days - no charge.  119-90 days prior to departure - $ 600 – 89-60 days prior - $900. 59-30 days prior - $1300. Less than 30 days prior- no refund.

 Full payment: Full payment is due no later than April 16, 2007.  As per our policy, no change will be made to you for any cancellation fee prior to the above indications. There are no hidden costs!  Everything is included – no departure taxes, foreign taxes, admission costs.  Only give what you wish to the driver and waiters in hotel is extra.
